Wool and Wood was run in association with the Sussex Downs Conservation Board with the assistance of Michelle Green and Bob Green. The Heavy Horses was attended by 3000 visitors. The Building Conservation Fair launched master classes in association with the Joint Centre for Conservation and Management, Gerard Lynch run a class sponsored by the Black Horse Agencies. Virginia Lyon was show secretary for the Rare Breeds Show, Robin Page presented the trophies and the show was sponsored by The West Sussex Gazette, the National Westminster Bank, Cyanamid of Great Britain, Stride and Son and the Worshipfu; Company of Woolmen among others.
